Hello I am Nadia, I am so happy that you are here.
My journey with yoga began over 20 years ago, fuelled by a lifelong love for athletics and movement. While I've always enjoyed the physical challenges of exercise, it was yoga that transformed me on a much deeper level. Yoga became more than just a practice it became a way of life, bringing strength, clarity, and peace that no other form of movement could offer.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of traveling the world and experiencing yoga in incredible settings with people from all walks of life. One of the things I love most about yoga is its universal language, no matter where you are, it has the power to bring people together. The mat becomes a space where differences disappear, and shared breath and movement create connection.
Whether you're sad, tired, joyful, excited, or barely holding it together, yoga meets you exactly where you are. My goal is to hold space for you and to guide, support, and uplift you through movement and breath. It's not about perfection; it's about showing up for yourself.
I'm passionate about helping people discover their own path through yoga and creating a space where they can reconnect with themselves, grow, and feel empowered. Let's move, breathe, and share this journey together.

These sessions are all about meeting you where you are, providing a safe and nurturing space to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness at your own pace. I'm here to help you grow, find balance, and reconnect with yourself.
Yoga styles range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Restorative, Pre and Postnatal. Sessions can be blended to incorporate several different styles as desired.

Having worked in a corporate environment for over 15 years, I know all too well how morale can be impacted by the stress and strains of daily demands. Long hours, tight deadlines, and constant responsibilities can leave teams feeling drained and unmotivated. That's why creating space for mindfulness and movement in the workplace is more important than ever. Yoga offers a powerful way to reset, reconnect, and build resilience both physically and mentally.
Yoga may be a deeply personal practice, but in the workplace, it also fosters a sense of connection. While each person works within their own body and breath, the shared experience of practicing together creates a sense of team building and camaraderie. It allows colleagues to reconnect in a different setting, beyond meetings and tasks, fostering mutual respect and strengthening bonds within the team.
Pregnancy is a beautiful, transformative journey, but it comes with its challenges.
As a mother of two, I know first hand how important it is to feel physically strong, mentally grounded, and emotionally balanced during this time. Practicing prenatal yoga throughout both of my pregnancies was invaluable in preparing me for labour, birth, and the recovery that followed.
Now, I'm passionate about sharing this experience with other mothers and mothers-to-be. My personalised one-to-one yoga sessions are tailored to your body's unique needs, helping you build strength, find calm, and connect with your growing baby.
Coming Soon: Small group classes for both prenatal and postnatal yoga, offering a supportive space to move, breathe, and bond with other mothers on the same journey.
